Spahn offers summaries of legal ethics opinions by the Virginia State Bar and the American Bar Association (ABA). Search the summaries by keyword, or browse them by topic. The summaries are short, typically consisting of a few sentences, along with the number and date of the opinion. This is one of the best sites on the Internet for legal commentary. It also offers a comprehensive collection of links to state ethics opinions, government agencies dealing with professional ethics issues, and other Web resources dealing with professional ethics.
