Consumers may purchase their score for automobile and homeowners insurance underwriting. The score reveals the percentage of consumers who receive a score lower than yours; e.g., an automobile score of 764 means that about 72% percent of insured drivers receive a lower score (or higher insurance premium).
Factors that affect insurance scores include outstanding debt, duration of credit history, late payments, new applications for credit, pending lawsuits, and more.
