The site also offers a weekly newsletter by email. 17 March 2004. Jury Verdict Review Publications, Inc. publishes several monthly reporters containing summaries of civil jury verdicts. Jury Verdict Review & Analysis is currently available in six editions--national, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, New England and Florida. Another reporter, Medical Liability Alert, covers medical liability verdicts. These publications require a paid subscription. You can, however, sign up for free monthly email alerts containing verdict updates. Since Cindy works with knowledge management issues on a day-to-day basis, LawLibTech should be a great resource. Legal information site, Justia.com, makes it easy for you to find federal cases involving select companies or certain topics. Currently this section of Justia tracks federal case law involving Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, eBay and Menu Foods. It also tracks new filings in cases by federal court topic number. So, for example, you may monitor new filings pertaining to employment and other civil rights, torts, contracts, intellectual property and more. Not only will you find new cases, but new filings in existing cases.

Attorney Timothy L. Takacs offers commentary, a weekly newsletter, and a news bulletin pertaining to elder law issues. The commentary targets seniors and covers issues like "Navigating the Medicaid Maze" and "What the Salespeople Don't Tell You About Living Trusts." The newsletter covers issues of interest to attorneys as well as the public, and is also available via email. Especially for lawyers, the bulletin is published by LexisNexis and appears to be available free of charge by email. It consists of news summaries with links to full-text documents.
